Background

In May 2024, I thought of getting some short resistance bands while sitting or lying down. As such, I went to Decathlon to look around.

While at Decathlon, I found the Decathlon Nyamba Mini Pilates Band, which I am looking for. As it cost less than 10 SGD, I decided to purchase it.

The Stuff

The Decathlon Nyamba Mini Pilates Band comes with 3 resistance bands (5/6/7 kg) in a pack. Based on Decathlon's website, it is lightweight, compact, and ready to travel anywhere.

Here are some pictures that I have taken to show what the stuff looks like:

Usage and Experience

I have been using the Decathlon Nyamba Mini Pilates Band for a few weeks since this post. I like that it is affordable and portable, which I can use especially when sitting down and bringing around. I wrap the band in my hands and start pushing a few times.

This also constitutes a form of strength training and keeps me active in some way. This is especially useful when I do not have weights around.
