Usage and Experience
Background
In February 2023, after watching Netflix's Physical: 100, I was inspired to get something portable to exercise and keep myself active. As such, I looked online and physically around stores to see what I could find.
I walked around Daiso and saw the Daiso Tube Expander. As the price is less than 7 SGD, I decided to purchase it.
The Stuff
The Daiso Tube Expander is basically similar to a chest expander with 5-level adjustable resistance rubber tube bands. The bands can be removed or added to adjust the amount of resistance.
Here are some pictures that I have taken to show what the stuff looks like:

Usage and Experience
I have been using the Daiso Tube Expander for more than a week since this post. It has worked as expected as there is resistance when pulled, and it gets harder when more bands are added.
To remove a tube band, simply press the catch from the handle.
Unfortunately, there is no indication of how much each tube's resistance is. Hence it is a matter of feeling and adjusting accordingly.

Final Thoughts
Overall, I feel that the Daiso Tube Expander is a cheap exercise equipment that works. If you are interested in this stuff, you can head on down to any Daiso store and pick one up while stocks last.
