Background

Back in my army days, I felt I needed a small sling/messenger bag to store stuff when I walked around in admin attire. I noticed some people were carrying the D&G Soldier Talk China (G.I) Sling Bag #267 which is what I wanted. As such, I bought it from the camp's gift shop.

The Stuff

The D&G Soldier Talk China (G.I) Sling Bag #267 that I have comes in olive green which matches the army's color. It has a main compartment that opens via a flap with 2 buckles, a zipped back pocket, and a small side pocket with a velcro flap. According to the D&G Soldier Talk website, it measures 26.5cm (L) by 27cm (H) by 11cm (W).

Here are some pictures that I have taken to show what the stuff looks like:

Usage and Experience

I have been using the D&G Soldier Talk China (G.I) Sling Bag #267 for years, many many years even after my army days. I use it when I am going out without the need to carry lots of stuff around. I like that it is sizable enough to carry essential stuff like my Xiaomi Mijia Automatic Umbrella, in the event it rains.

The sling bag is able to put A4-size papers, but the flap is smaller than the compartment. As such this is not a fully covered bag that needs to be taken note of.
