Ever since Nothing announced that Nothing Phone (1) will be launched in July, I was eager to get my hands on it. The day finally came when I was able to order the phone in early August and received it a few days later.
I wanted to order the phone together with the Nothing Phone (1) Case but it was unavailable. Hence I didn't have a case when the phone arrived. Luckily I didn't have to wait long as I was able to get it 2 days after I started using the phone.
The Stuff
The Nothing Phone (1) Case comes in 2 colors, clear and black. I got the clear one because I got the white version of Nothing Phone (1). Based on the Nothing website, the details of the case are as follows:
Clear polycarbonate
Flexible materials
Shock-proof
Lightweight
Enables wireless charging
Dimensions: 162 x 80.5 x 11.4 mm
Weight: 28g
Here are some pictures that I have taken to show what the stuff looks like:

Usage and Experience
I have been using the Nothing Phone (1) case with my Nothing Phone (1) for more than a week since this post. When I started using the Nothing Phone (1) without the case, I don't feel very secure when I'm holding it. It feels that I may drop the phone if I am not careful.
After having the Nothing Phone (1) case, I have a piece of mind as it is grippier and firmer when holding it.
The case has a bumper around it so it protects the phone from getting hit around the edges. It is also nicely flushed with the protruding cameras.
Wireless and reverse wireless charging with the case on the phone isn't an issue as I was able to charge the phone with my wireless charging pad and charge the Nothing Ear (1) respectively.
One small issue that I encountered is that the USB-C hole on the case is not big enough for "fatter" USB-C cables. I wasn't able to push one of my "fatter" USB-C cables all the way, causing it not able to charge my phone.

Final Thoughts
Overall, I like that it matches and fits the phone well. It's an official case from Nothing so unlikely it can go wrong.
