Back in late June 2021, my Xiaomi Mijia Portable Electric Shaver MJTXD01XM decides to call it a day after 3 years and just stopped working. Prior to that, it did show signs of faultiness but I decided to wait for it to be fully faulty. As the day has come and I was unable to get it working again, I decided to search online to look for a replacement.
As I prefer to have a small and portable electric shaver so that I can bring it along when I'm travelling, I manage to find one that fits what I am looking for: the Xiaomi Youpin Enchen Traveller Mini Electric USB Rechargeable Shaver.
It's mini, portable, and affordable and as such, I decided to get it.
The Stuff
The Xiaomi Youpin Enchen Traveller Mini Electric USB Rechargeable Shaver comes in dark blue colour, and round in design. The packaging comes with the following:
- The shaver itself
- USB-C to USB-A cable for charging
- Brush
- Drawstring pouch
- User manual
On the box it states the following features:
- Compact and Portable
- IPX6 100% Waterproof
- Type-C 1.5h Charging
Here are some pictures that I have taken to show how the stuff looks like:

Usage and Experience
I have used the Xiaomi Youpin Enchen Traveller Mini Electric USB Rechargeable Shaver a couple of times, as I shave once every 2 days. I feel that the shaving is much better as compared to my previous electric shaver. Being circular in shape, the movement is also much smoother.
I also like the sound of the shaver, especially the sound of being shaved or cutting the beard/moustache hair :)
I have not tried to wash it with water so far. All I did was open up the shaver, shake it so that the dirt drops into the bin.

Final Thoughts
Overall, I feel that the Xiaomi Youpin Enchen Traveller Mini Electric USB Rechargeable Shaver is a cheap and affordable shaver, probably the only one you will need to shave your beard and moustache hair. If you are interested to find out more, you can click on the link below:
