Back in October 2020, while I was browsing Facebook on my phone, I came across an advertisement that shows the Evapolar Air Cooler. I knew Evapolar Air Cooler some time ago but wasn't really into it. But thinking that it could be an alternative to air conditioning for my room, I decided to check it out.
I went to the Evapolar website to check out their air cooler and the Evapolar evaCHILL EV-500 Personal Air Cooler interests me. Seeing that this is the cheapest of all their models, I decided to purchase it to give it a try.
The Stuff
The Evapolar evaCHILL EV-500 Personal Air Cooler comes in two colors, white and grey. I chose white as it matches my room's color. It has a nice round squarish design and has a handle to bring around. It is powered using USB Type-C. The air fins in front of the air cooler can be adjusted by angle to blow the air to the top or bottom. For some nice ambiance, it comes with blue light which can be turned off or on. In the packaging it comes with the following:

Usage and Experience
I have used the Evapolar evaCHILL EV-500 Personal Air Cooler for several months now. As this is an air cooler and does not make a room very cold, it is not meant to be a direct replacement for an air conditioner. It does its job by making the area in the front cooling so that one does not need to turn on the air conditioner.
The cooling is achieved by its special cartridge and water. The air cooler can still be used without water, just that it will be like a normal fan.
To use the air cooler, simply add water into the cooler and make sure the cartridge is inside. Power on by pressing the button. There are 4 fan speeds to choose from, from slowest to highest by order. To change the fan speed, just press the button. Power off by pressing the button again after reaching the highest fan speed.
To turn on or off the blue light, simply press and hold the button.

Final Thoughts
