Bebird X17 Pro Smart Visual Ear Cleaning Rod

Background

Back in January 2021, while I was surfing the web, I chanced upon the Bebird brand of Smart Visual Ear Cleaning Rod. As I can't see the insides of my ear while trying to clean using standard ear cleaning tools on my own, I feel that a visual ear cleaning rod will be useful in getting my ears cleaned by myself. As Bebird has a few models of their smart visual ear cleaning rod, and I feel that they are reasonably priced, I did research and decided to get the X17 Pro from Shopee.

The Stuff

The Bebird X17 Pro Smart Visual Ear Cleaning Rod is probably the latest highest-end model of the whole range that Bebird has at this point. It comes only in black color and on the back of the box states the items inside the packaging:

- Ear cleaning rod
- Charging base
- USB Type-C cable
- Ear spoon accessories
- Alcohol cotton swab
- Villi rod
- User manual

Usage and Experience

I have been using the Bebird X17 Pro Smart Visual Ear Cleaning Rod a few times after I received it. So far I have only use the default ear spoon that is attached to the rod and left the rest of the accessories untouched. It has been a great and wonderful experience, as I am now able to see the insides of my ear and remove ear wax accordingly. The camera is magnified and it is clear enough to be able to see :)

To use it, first I have to download the Bebird app onto my phone. It will be best to use a spare phone as it uses Wi-Fi to connect the cleaning rod. To connect, simply remove the clearing rod cap to power on and connect using the app.

To charge the cleaning rod, simply attach the bottom of the rod back to the base. There will be a green light to indicate that it is charging. Somehow I wasn't able to get it to charge when I was using a Macbook Pro USB Type-C power adapter. This isn't a big issue as I can use other USB Type-C adapters to charge it.

Final Thoughts
