Back in December 2017, I was looking for a hand grip so that I can train and strengthen my hand and fingers. I went over to Decathlon to look for one and found various types of hand grips available. After looking around, I decided to go for the Domyos Adjustable Hand Grip which cost me SGD 6.90 (It cost SGD 6 now!).
The Product
The Decathlon Domyos Adjustable Hand Grip design is similar to many adjustable hand grip out in the market. Being an adjustable hand grip, the resistance can be adjusted from 10kg to 40kg by turning the dial clockwise or anti-clockwise.
Here are some pictures that I have taken to show how the product looks like:

Usage and Experience
I have been using the Decathlon Domyos Adjustable Hand Grip for years now. It is a piece of great exercising equipment for strengthening my fingers and hand. Whenever I feel there's a need to do some finger and hand exercise, I just take the hand grip and press.
Since the resistance of the hand grip is adjustable, this means that I do not need to get different hand grips with different resistance. Money saved!
The usage of this hand grip is very simple. As mentioned before, turn the dial clockwise to add resistance, and turn anti-clockwise to reduce resistance.
